HOW TO PLAY?

Swipe to move the tiles. When two tiles with the same number touch, they merge into one. The ultimate objective is to achieve the 2048 tile to claim victory.

The highly engaging game 2048, originally created by Gabriele Cirulli, is now available on Android with an online leaderboard.

The game's primary aim is to reach the number 2048 by combining numbers starting from two and its multiples.

You will be presented with a grid of 16 tiles containing numbers, generally twos or occasionally fours.

Move in any direction - up, down, left, or right - aiming to merge two identical numbers when they come into contact.

Upon merging two identical numbers, they will sum up into a single tile.

A score display on the upper-right corner records the user's points. The scoring begins at zero and increases each time two tiles merge equal to the value of the new tile. The user's highest score is displayed alongside the current one.

Winning the game occurs when a tile with a value of 2048 is generated on the board, hence naming the game after this milestone. Players can continue playing beyond achieving 2048 once they reach this target score. The game concludes when a player has no valid moves left, meaning no empty spaces exist and no adjacent tiles share equivalent values.

By accumulating numbers, higher sums can be reached to progressively approach the prized figure of 2048 – representing victory in this strategic puzzle.
